How do I return an item?

 Exchange/Return Policy: 

Please read full Exchange/Return policy before sending items back to the Carnation Collection because some items are not eligible for exchange/return.

EXCHANGES  You may return any regular priced merchandise for an exchange or store credit. We will allow an exchange as long as the items are returned in their original condition. Carnation Collection must receive the item(s) within thirty (30) days of the time the original order was received. Please include a copy of the invoice listing the exchange request. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. Carnation Collection covers the shipping cost on the item(s) selected for the exchange.

RETURNS FOR REFUND  We provide a full refund for regular priced products purchased from Carnation Collection if they are returned in their original condition. Carnation Collection must receive the items within thirty (30) days of the time the original order is received.  Please include a copy of the invoice listing the refund request. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Sale Merchandise is non-refundable. We will gladly exchange sale merchandise for an item of equal or higher value, or issue a store credit. Please see above EXCHANGE instructions.

 FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE  The following are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit:

  • Official Jewelry
  • Gift Certificates
  • Custom Items
  • Personalized Items
