Returns + Exchanges Policy:

Please read full Return + Exchange Policy before sending items back to the Carnation Collection because some items are not eligible for return or exchange.

All items eligible can be returned or exchanged by emailing ccollection@phimu.org.

RETURNS FOR REFUND: We provide a full refund for regular priced products purchased from Carnation Collection if they are returned in their original condition. Carnation Collection must receive the items within thirty (30) days of the time the original order is received. Please include a copy of the invoice listing the refund request. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Carnation Collection does not cover the shipping cost on size or item refunds.

Carnation Collection covers the shipping cost on the item(s) that are damaged, damaged in the shipping process or incorrectly shipped out. 

Sale Merchandise is non-refundable. 

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE: The following are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit: Official Jewelry Gift Certificates Custom Items Personalized Items.

EXCHANGES: You may return any regular priced merchandise for an exchange or store credit. We will allow an exchange as long as the items are returned in their original condition.
