Order for yourself or your full chapter! The nametags are metal or plastic plates, with a magnetic fastener on the back. You have the option to choose between 9 nametag styles.
Nametag color options for all styles: gold, silver, white or pink.
Once your order is submitted and paid, we will reach out to you for details of your order. Please have ready your list of member names, offices they hold (if applicable) and the deadline you need them by. Please know you have the option to add pronouns to each nametag.
Shipping information: The nametags are made to order and will ship in 7-10 business days. All orders with 100+ nametags require signature upon delivery.
Special note: Please email ccollection@phimu.org for the quatrefoil and greek letter cutout custom nametags for pricing details.

Shipping Information
Carnation Collection processes and ships orders Monday – Friday excluding weekends. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. Please keep this in mind while you select your shipment type.

Returns + Exchanges
Please read full Return + Exchange Policy before sending items back to the Carnation Collection because some items are not eligible for return or exchange. All items eligible can be returned or exchanged by emailing ccollection@phimu.org.
